How much do the services cost?

The SMH Hub offers unique services that are either free, pay what you want (PWYW), or require a small fee to cover basic costs or pay for external services, these are clearly indicated with a 'P' for your convenience and can be found on the Events and Services page. For those using the PWYW option a suggested price for each event/service is provided as a guide, sometimes a minimum fee is required.

Over the past 28 years we have worked with people from all walks of life, examples include the police, parents, carers, veterans, solicitors, sports professionals, the clergy, educational settings, businesses, and organisations of all kinds, most recently the King's Trust. It is therefore difficult to create a comprehensive list of every life situation we can help with, however we have listed some examples below:

  • depression, anxiety, relationships issues, financial worries, busy mind, lack of purpose and direction, health concerns, addictions, sexual identity, abuse, PTSD, trauma, stress, bullying, bereavement.
